at the end of this week i’ll be giving a keynote and performance at the National Conference on Media Reform. i’ll be talking about why i think it’s imperative for artists to get active in policy work that will directly affect all of our lives. public broadcasting is just one piece of a complex puzzle, but it’s an important one and its value is being attacked. i partnered with the Public Radio Exchange to produce this wee little piece about what public radio has meant to me. i tried to make it sexy, entertaining, and bold. like me.
